N-400 Las Vegas

Hey y’all!

I filed N-400 earlier this year in June. I’m curious to how local field offices process apps? I have approved I-751 and filed 3 year rule.

I see per VJ timelines some people who filed in 2021 get interviews after those that filed in 2022 (I know VJ doesn’t have all timelines for States of course). Not sure if there’s a logic to it? I guess I’m trying to understand why someone would get interviewed before someone who applied 6 months earlier? I’ve no concerns with my case but always assumed for N-400 that it was mainly 1st come 1st served? I’m in no rush as I got my 10 year in good time. TIA

No, there's no logic

Just because 😀

In all seriousness, there's luck involved when it comes to processing times, approvals on the spot etc. You would think it's first in first out, but it's not quite like that unfortunately. Good luck!
