I place the blame squarely on Trump.  Now I like what he did when he was President, but his ego oftentimes tripped him up and gave the ammunition to the Democrats/MSM to use against anyone that showed any allegiance to him.  This along with his reliance on idiots like Rudy, the Craken lady and other crackpots looking for their 15 minutes of fame makes him toxic. He is going to make an announcement next week, I for one will not support him, and if he runs in 24, even against Corrupt Joe, I will not vote for him or Joe.  Btw, I expect Biden to be emboldened to stay his disastrous course particularly if the Democrats keep the Senate.
 

Along with that, it appears election deniers took a major hit.  Heck look at Stacey Abrams results along with all the other GOP candidates that bended the knee to Trump’s ego.  Now I am not saying there were not questionable issues with 2020, but the better strategy would have been to take the high road, but of course that is water under the bridge.

 

Lastly, look at the performance of those that did not rely on Trump, DeSantis, DeWine, Abbott, Kemp.  One can fight the media, and provide common sense conservative policies and win big.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
