Hi all! Trying to apply for passport through naturalization of parent. I noticed that my name on the green card is truncated (probably due to long name?) so it’s missing one letter. Would that be a problem applying for a passport? :( Anyone has any experience with names truncated on green card?

Never done it,  but if you are happy with a truncated name apply.  If not, first execute   a lawful change of name with your state and then apply.

my concern is that all my other documents (birth certificate, drivers license, etc.) are all in my correct name :( are you saying that i should change my name on my birth certificate and drivers license?

Hmmm. I’m surprised your DL doesn’t have truncated name.

File for your passport and list your full middle name and see what happens.
