Case FE Review note for IR5 application

Hi. The docs for our IR5 application says "Accepted" but it also says "Case FE Review note - Please submit every 2021 W-2/1099 form for <petitioner name>" per the screenshots below. My questions are:

 

1. Where do I submit these docs

2. Is this going to add another 2 months to our timeline

3. I didn't submit "all" W-2s and 1099s because those were for my wife and my income was sufficient and I'm the only person who signed the affidavit of support. My wife and I do file our taxes jointly however. Should I go ahead and submit my wife's W-2s and 1099s or will that trigger another RE for my wife to sign another affidavit of support

4. Is there a phone number that I can call to ask about #3

After banging my head around a little here's my own conclusions to my questions:

 

1. Submit the docs at https://ceac.state.gov/IV > AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT (AOS) > Additional AOS Supporting Documentation

2. Probably

3. I'm going to submit only my own W-2/1099s (and not include my wife's even though we filed jointly) since that's what the Case FE is asking

4. The ph# for NVC is 603-334-0700 but they're no longer taking calls

 

If anyone has thoughts on these I'd greatly appreciate it and hopefully this thread helps someone else with the same questions
