Yea we talked for 3 years met onces git ingage thnncovid started....that's the only issue...we both are same age....we both have no kids

Nice. Since you have already married ( assuming after Feb 2022) go ahead and file your I-130 .
Try filing online, seems USCIS prefers that method and are dealing with those apps faster.

If possible, at the end of the rainbow and next interview, try to go accompany him to the Consulate .

If you were already married at the time of the interview, or if the engagement ceremony culturally qualifies you as married, of course you wouldn't qualify for the K-1 visa class -- hence, the rejection.  File the I-130 as recommended above.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

That’s what happened to us but we did not wait for the petition to be returned, right after the interview we knew the case was dead as soon as the officer said petition will be returned. ( trust me we gave a good fight with the embassy) lol , We quickly planned a wedding and got married in his country within a month. I returned to the USA and withdraw the petition. And refilled for a spouse visa. We did not wait for any notice from uscis or anything. It took them about 9 or so months to send us the same notice you got. The best thing is we already had our new petition refilled. We now are at the NVC stage.

You need to seriously sit down and have a talk with your fiance. There's something he isn't telling you and unless you sort that out, your CR-1 will be another bullet lost.

We see another of cases here from Lagos where beneficiary thinks he'll outsmart Emabsay, blindsides USC and continues to blindside even after denial at embassy.

So best bet, dig into this, lest you waste another time and money.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I doubt. As others will tell you, meeting once is not the problem, more so during COVID.

Dig. Do your own homework.

If you want references, dig into VJ for such similar stories. They come across here often.

We had the same reaction from the officer, but we saw each other 2 times before getting engaged,  I suggest try to see each other as much as you can.  Don’t give them any other reason for denial. Take photos from your trips if you took some. It’s hard and emotional to go through this process especially after a refusal. Keep your head up.
do try to be at the interview for the spouse visa even if they ask you to wait outside. Good luck

Awww thanks will do just that....they didn't tell me y he was denied

Recommend you spend some significant time reflecting on why he may have been denied.  Maybe the red flags may be overcome with more time spent together, for example?

.we are already married

I see now that you married after the interview, so that's good.

Did you have an elaborate engagement/religious ceremony before the interview though?  They could have felt you were "too married" for the K-1.

Anyway, please keep us updated on your progress with the CR-1.  Best luck.

Since you married shortly after the interview, there is really only one option now and even if the I129F had not been returned to USCIS, it, the K1, would have been denied.  I assume you got married in person and not through an online service (i.e. Utah Zoom weddings), so now you can focus on the I130 spousal visa process, and I would recommend you visit as much as you can while the I130 process is in motion.

Good Luck!
