Was given 221g

Ok. Seems the consulate did not find the beneficiary eligibility for K1 visa and sent the petition back to USCIS to be revoked.

You guys can marry and go the CR1 route.

Ask your fiancé what questions he was asked and what he thinks the CO seemed to focus on?
Are there any big differences between the two of you in age, education, ethnic/cultural background?

The only thing you can do is marry and start over, but you need to figure out what issues flagged your case for denial..it’s a tough consulate .

I think we got 221g bec we only met onces n got engage....that's the only reason we could think off...the interviewer stress on that during the interview so we know it's that...we will just start over....we are already married

So you met once in person and then got engaged?

I don't see the big deal.

With the pandemic keeping everyone had to stay home and couldn't travel.

Took us 1 year and 6 month to meet in person, because her parents are 65+.

We didn't want to risk it.
