Unable to submit N400 online

Hi, anyone else having issues submitting their N400 online?

I've been trying to submit the N400 naturalization form. I have entered all the info and everything is correct. But when I try to submit everything and it tries to connect to the pay.gov payment website for the payment, I keep getting this error: "We are having trouble sending you to Pay.gov". I have been trying now for 2 days to submit this, but it is not working.  I tried different computers and different browsers, so it's not me. I also tried signing in on the pay.gov website directly, but there is no option there to pay for the N400 form

Please advise, thank you

I also send uscis a message but maybe someone here knows what to do. I can also do everyting on paper, but what's the point if there should be an option to do everything online while it's not working

Yeah that's what I said in my message, already tried others browsers and other workstations yet nothing helped. USCIS and the pay.gov didn't know how to help either.

 

I had to delete my whole N400 draft and had to start all over. Now I was finally able to submit it. Very weird and what a waste of time
