You do not need a degree to enter the DV

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

So the wife does not have a high school diploma or two years of work experience?

Confirm Your Qualifications

The Diversity Immigrant Visa (DV) Program requires the principal DV applicant to have a high school education, or its equivalent, or two years of qualifying work experience as defined under provisions of U.S. law.

He can enter (with her as derivative), she cannot enter as a principal applicant. The principal applicant has to meet the qualification level.

she would not pass the interview where u have to prove high school (which u call college in Moroc) or have the 2 year work experience

so,  let him apply,  he needs to list her as derivative

many apply that do not qualify but it bites them in the butt when they can't qualify as they don't read the list of qualifications

Each principal applicant to the DV program needs to have at least a High School Diploma as a minimum if based on education

or they need to satisfy other work experience requirements

Yeah, she can’t have her own entry, only the husband (with her as derivative).
