Congratulations!  As to what to do next, get the I134 going, gather ongoing relationship information, etc.  NVC doesn't really do anything with an I129F other than route it to the proper consulate, so hopefully it will be transferred there soon.

Ill therefore start with putting our evidence together and working on the Aff of support. Do you know roughly on how long it takes for the NVC to receive approved petition?

Not really.  I think this is mostly dependent on the consulate workload.

Wait about 3 weeks from approval, then you can call NVC and get your case number and invoice number. Sometimes they email it to you, but try calling on Friday night is the best time, after 8pm EST. They are open to midnight, but calls drop off early on Friday nights. Call on the 3rd week, then once a week only, calling everyday does nothing for you. Usually after the first call, they will be nice if you ask and give you a estimate to call back. Once you have case number and invoice number you can track it to the embassy using the DHL hack. Search for it here on VJ, and it will tell you how to find out when your petition gets shipped to the embassy. If you don't want to mess with that, just keep checking the case number in CEAC. When it says ready you can usually schedule the interview if you are allowed. some embassy's do it for you, some you have to try and get a spot. But you can complete your DS-160 with the case and invoice number usually before the embassy gets it. Look on embassy website for your country for Packet 3 and packet 4. those are the steps you need to take for the specific embassy. most have them posted on their website if you look.
