Is there a way to retrieve the I-864 form from USCIS years after filing? I managed to login to the consular website where the original documents were uploaded, but it doesn't allow me to view the document anymore. 

 

I was approved for CR1 back in 2018, and currently in the process of removing my conditions. My divorce was finalized back in Oct 2020 but I can't seem to find the documents I need regarding the financial affidavit of support.

Why do you need affidavit of support for removal of conditions?

I might have to sue him, I don't need it for the ROC.

Another option is FOIA, have you considered it?

 

I didn't use a lawyer at any stage and I don't have the original laptop anymore. I might have to look over everything and it might show up somewhere.

 

But FOIA might have to be the option as a last resort.
