I go to the Enter Entrant Information form by following the link https://dvprogram.state.gov/ESC/CheckStatus.aspx and I fill in all the data correctly, but when I fill in the authentication code at the very bottom of the page to confirm that I am not a robot, I always get an error message that says: Please enter the code as you see or hear it. Please, tell me why this is possible if I filled in all the data correctly?

Try tomorrow..probably too much traffic

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Seems like we all are having the same error/issue. No one so far has given an answer to this. So i urge you all to send a complaint directly to the respective email address . However, i suspect that there is a problem in the website (a bug). Have you guys tried "Forgot Confirmation Number" link? that too doesn't work, especially if you set the current year. Pretty convinced its a bug which has been there for a week or so. Else, lets all check again after a week or so.
