Hello there. Hope all of you are fine.

When you saw something wrong in your documents for a petition filed online, and you corrected it, do you recommend to submit it in the Unsolicited evidence section, or wait for a RFE

Thank you

so, what it's your advice?

I am not a licensed lawyer, so please do not rely on my advice as if it was an ultimate source of truth.

My suggestion to submit evidence now and not wait for RFE. If it is something small and can be rectified during the interview itself, you can choose to do that.

I will not hurt anything to go ahead and submit it.

Thank you, pushbrk.

I am a little concerned about my passport photo.

Do you think it is correct?

I can't measure it but it looks ok?  What's your concern?

the smile, also I realized that the width and height are not exactly the same, but pretty close

Agreed, I didn't reply immediately to see if anybody else would mention it. People on passport photos preferably should have neutral facial expressions. The smile on your photo isn't too wide but if you have a chance to redo it, I would recommend to have complete peace of mind.

Easy to redo with no smile.

but, I have a problem, I already redo it, I mean, the original photo that I submitted was a photo with a smile showing teeth (a mistake, I confused some requirements and I thought that smiling wasn't a problem), then to correct it, I submitted the photo that show you here, USCIS said natural smile is allowed, so if I wanna redo it, Could there be a problem because I have already uploaded another two?

Anything is possible, which is why reading the instructions and requirements is so important.

yes, very high mistake not to review right the requirements....

so, is it better to wait the RFE then to see if they approved the last submitted photo?

I would not think a strict guideline passport photo of the beneficiary during the petition stage should matter that much, but based on a recent post from a USCIS ISO, it would not hurt to submit unsolicited evidence.

You would need to upload a more recent passport style photo at the NVC stage and that would be more important to follow guidelines/standards.
