I'm stuck at part 4 question 5. Is USA the only answer that is not going to cause a rejection for the form? I'm going to show proof of intent to reestablish the US domicile, but my current domicile is a different country. According to the instructions, they ask about the country where you plan to reside in the foreeseable future, so since I'm going to be in the US in the next few months, then I'm kinda confused what should be the answer here

Instuctions indicate what to do if living out of the US

Item Number 5. Country of Domicile. Indicate the country where you maintain your principal residence and where you plan to reside for the foreseeable future. If your mailing address and/or place of residence is not in the United States, but your country of domicile is the United States, you must attach a typed or printed explanation and documentary evidence indicating how you meet the domicile requirement. If you are not currently living in the United States, you may meet the domicile requirement if you can submit evidence to establish that any of the following conditions apply:

Official instruction are not very helpful, on one hand they ask about the country where you maintain your principal residence, which in my case would be Poland, but in the foreeseable future I'm planning to go back to the US, not stay in Poland. Also, to sponsor an immigrant I must have US domicile, so it would seem that putting Poland there will prevent me from qualifying to be a sponsor in this case.

You are applying for a family reunification visa so your wife can join you in the place of your domicile.

You are focused on half the first sentence.  Enter USA as your domicile and the provide the letter and documentation to support that.
