My husband and I applied for a visa F2A on March 2, 2020.  waiting time was 6 months.  Now we have been waiting for 30 months and we have been waiting for the same amount of time.  service center - Vermont.  USCIS answers - wait.  how long can you wait?  share your experience.  how long are you waiting for?  Thanks

Not sure it has ever taken 6 months, but 30 months is in Mandamus territory.

Not every Lawyer but there are Lawyers like Hacking who will file a Writ of Mandamus which basically makes them stop sitting on it and get it done.

Most expedites are refused but free so always worthy of a try
