IR1 - visa refused for AP & New Medical

Dear members, 

 

my visa interview dated 25th Jan 2022 , i was refused for AP ( IR1 ) i have been in AP since my interview. my medical was expired and now after 9 months embassy send me below email upon inquiring regarding visa.
 

Dear applicant,
 
We have recently reviewed your immigrant visa case.  To move ahead and process this case, our office would like you to submit the following documents.


Updated medical examination reports from an Embassy-approved physician (These typically expire after 6 months.  For more information, see

 


 

anyone experienced the same & what was the outcome ? 
 

your help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Request for current medical. Needed for them to move ahead. Hopefully you will come out of AP soon!!

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

So have you completed a new medical yet?  Your case will not progress until you give them what they want, following their instructions.
