864 or 864EZ

I filled I-130 for my spouse and now I’m at the NVC stage!! I need help deciding which form to submit 864 or 864EZ

 

If I understand correctly, I qualify for 864EZ, since I'm the petitioner and ONLY beneficiary/applicant is my spouse. And the qualified income I’m using is entirely on my salary.

 

However, I have side income so I get another(2nd) W2 and fill tax on it; it shows in my taxes.

 

Is it safe to submit 864? I’m afraid if I submit 864, they may ask for 864EZ. Or vice-versa

 

Can I submit both 864 and 864EZ?

NVC will never request an I-864EZ if you file an I-864. 

 

NVC will state you need to file an I-864 if you do not qualify for an I-864EZ.

This is correct.  Sounds like you can use the I-864ez if you want, but never a problem using the I-864.  Just skip the asset section.  It's optional anyway.
