Well I am a little less refined in my palate but I also don't eat boiled cow tounge.  I still get nauseated thinking about it.

I eat at CFA regularly ever since they came here. Most of our local places are expanding with two drive thrus and two kitchens. Unfortunately when we go there, we know that it's going to take at least 20 minutes to get through. I have been there as long as 35 minutes. It never matters the day either, that line is backed out into traffic, and there is clearly not enough employees to handle the expanded lanes. The old days you'd be out in 10 minutes. I know of one CFA that if you come during lunch or dinner rush you will be sitting there an hour. There are some less packed locations that can still get it out in a timely fashion, but that is rare for me..

 

If you want fast, McD's is best - in and out in a few minutes.
