Hey there.

We have sent all of our AOS stuff including the vaccination supplement. When we had the Civil Surgeon do the vaccination supplement, she just asked if my husband had the chicken pox and he said yes. She marked on the supplement form "Stated had as child" and approved him. Everything was sent to immigration and we have since received our interview date.

My question is, because the CS approved us is that that or may it come up at the AOS interview (which we have in September)? Should we get the varicella titer just to be safe?

Another question. We didn't have my husband sign any of the G325a forms. We still have our interview scheduled. Will they have us sign them then or did they just miss it when they went over our paperwork.

Help!

Hi, I'm going through AOS now as well. From a medical standpoint, I do not think it is good enough for the CS to indicate that she had varicella as a child. I thought USCIS wanted either immunologic proof of immunity (titer) or vacine record. I think this as well as the G-325A forms were over sights. Maybe they were minor oversights. I would get the titer, and bring evidence of it to the interview to minimize the chance of having to re-interview. Also, depending on your wife's age & employment/education she may need to provide vaccination/titers for work or school later down the road anyway.

Just realized the post was about your husband. Sorry for all the references to "your wife".
