Nope. In my opinion this category should be eliminated all together. In what other country are immigrants allowed to bring parents and siblings along with them? Other than the U.S. I personally don't know of any. Immigration is not a right, it's a priveledge.

Some others do actually allow parents. Don’t know of any others that allow siblings through.
