My husband and I are US CITIZENS and so are all of our kids, we have 3 kids ages 23, 22, 11. We have been married for almost 25 years in January of 2022 I found out my husband went to Pakistan and Got married, and he never Registered the marriage in Pakistan however the girl is pregnant with his kid, the only proof I have is a text message from him stating when he got married what can I legally do about this situation?

Did he naturalize for his citizenship?  You can report the polygamy to USCIS if this occurred.  Also, you can report the polygamy in Pakistan as he hid it and did not get your permission for the marriage.

I get the feeling the Pakistan marriage took place after the husband had become a USC, in which case there is no immigration/citizenship impact.

Of course, he would only be able to petition the new wife if he divorced the USC wife and legally remarried the Pakistani wife.

Identical I’d say.

Depends. You haven’t specified if he’s planning to petition for the woman? And also are you two still married (not divorced)?
