Unable to pay AoS fee

Hello good day I am currently experiencing an issue with paying my AoS for months now I payed the IV fee which was successful i also complete the DS-260 and submit civil documents made multiple attempts to pay the AoS feem I reached out to the online support they respond saying I should use Microsoft browser which I did and am still getting an error when making the AoS payment is there an issue with paying the iv fee first and any advised will surely help thanks in advance

Are you getting this error AFTER making the payment or before submitting it?

Can you please attach an screenshot of the error? PLEASE! Make sure to hide any information that can be compromised.

If you can take a photo or screenshot of the error, that would help us to understand what's going on.

I get the error after submitting the payment the error massage state that I am not filling out the payment for correctly I should try again later, and I enter my banking credentials correctly it's been happening for months now
