CR1 visa interview appointment Madrid consulate

Hi All,

 

I am not sure if this is only for CR1, but just in case I am waiting for an interview appointment thought an EB2. Could someone share a link or add me to the whats app group too? It would be nice to have some references for waiting time since in my case I have been waiting for around 3 months since DQ .

EB2 will be lower priority than spouses, but Madrid is usually still pretty quick. There is a thread for EB applicants and I think there was a Madrid applicant on it fairly recently IIRC. Please do fill in your timeline on your profile (not many of us EB's around, so the more timelines we have the better!) and come and join us there. 😊

Thanks, I didnt find that threat before. Unfortunately does not seems to have any info about Madrid. Either way, I will add mine as soon as I can so it might be useful for someone else.

Just a bit surprise, I was convince that this part was going to be the fast one.

Hi all,

 

I was DQ’s since last November 3rd. Interview has been delayed more than 180 days now. It should take place in the Madrid embassy.

 

I applied for IR1 and have not heard from

the NVC aside from their “60 days” reminders “ The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview.”

Anyone in the same situation?

Hi! Could anybody send me the whatsapp link?. I will be DQ in a couple of weeks hopefully and I am interested to know when could I have my interview for my EB-2 NIW process in Madrid. Thanks in advance
