46 day backlog, so even a day faster than the beginning of the week, though tomorrow is a federal holiday so we can probably expect them to lose a little speed. But, we might be seeing the first Oct approvals by end of next week (Nov 18), if not I expect the NVC timeframes page to be within one day by Nov 21

Hi!!
I submitted my documents on Oct 14. Submitted more docs on Oct 15, Oct 17 and Oct 19.

Regards,

Marcela ♥

So as I understand it, each time you submit documents you go 'to the back of the line', so technically your submission date is Oct 19th. I was kinda the same, I did my AOS documents first (was waiting on police report), but since the last documents I submit were Oct 26th, then that is the date that will be used to get my documents reviewed.

NVC updated their timeframes page, as of today they are reviewing Sept 27th, so on track to see the first October submissions being reviewed this Friday or maybe even Thursday, I think?

Finally found the thread. I submitted all required and additional documents on Oct 10th, hoping for a DQ soon. I will keep everyone posted. Also, to add because I saw some comments about this. Once you submit all required documents that's the day that counts, if you added additional documents you don't go back to the line basically only if an RFE or required documents are uploaded. This is my understanding from previous threads I've read.

Maybe, all civil and mandatory documents were uploaded on October 14.  the rest was additional documentation.

If you submit more documents before NVC reviews them you don't go back in line. Once NVC reviews the documents and requests new ones that's when you go back in line.

This is a debate with no final ruling because both cases happen. It's been shown that additional documents sometimes reset the timeline, even before review...
