This reminds me I didn't see one for September. Submitted all docs Sept 26, 2022. Review time was 64 days when I submitted it, it's currently down to 60. I'm expecting a review around Nov 29, 2022. Good luck everybody!

Hi everyone. Technically I'm August filer, but we got RFEd October 4th (missing w2 - Ive seen a few people with the same problem, we sent 3 years of tax transcripts/returns and they still asked for 2021 w2... now tat I think of it, I hope we wont get another rfe for only sending the 2021 w2, but that's what they asked for). Hopefully they will continue this trend of cuttig a couple of days of the expected timeframe every week and we'll all get DQ soon

I've been hearing about the W2 RFE a lot. We don't have a W2 for 2021 but we attached a letter explaining we don't have one just to avoid that RFE! Hope it works.

I've done the same, uploaded the letter under the document type "W2/1099" and called it "W2 information". I'm hoping this works to avoid the RFE.

Jumping onboard here, got my email last night (Saturday 10pm and Sunday 3am, go figure!) Just submit my bank payment details for the payments, hopefully that's done by Tuesday. Planning on having all my AOS documents submit by the end of this week, the biggest question mark is when my wife can get her police cert - could be 1-4 weeks... So not sure yet if I'll make the date for Oct submission but just wanted to see how everyone gets on.

If it's just a Russian police certificate, it takes less than a week on Gosuslugi.
