Tbone is also having issues. I guess it is hard to know how many are really having issues if they can't get on. Might be why today has been slow.

As before, visajourney doesn’t when  I use my home WiFi (cable modem) but does when i use  my my mobile phone without WiFi.  
 

When I enable a VPN that gives me virtual presence in Canada, I can access visajourney on my home WiFi.  
 

 

 

I cannot access or ping VJ when connected to my WIFI.  However, I can access VJ using phone mobile data.... Weird.  Almost 24 hours...... I'll try the VPN fix.  Thanks, @Mike E

With this post, I am now using Proton VPN on my laptop via a connection through Japan.  Working pretty well.

I'm getting some ads in Japanese.  LOL.

Works on my iPad using home WiFi, but having issues with my laptop.  Seems to be a mix of issues.

It does appear to be a VPN issue with my laptop.  Since I use my work laptop, my choices are limited, but I can access VJ when I turn the VPN off.

I changed my VPN to a California IP address.  I can access VJ via that server.  Slower speed, so I changed VPN server to The Netherlands.

Seems only a segment of IP addresses  is blocked.....  I can't ping www.visajourney.com or 207.58.140.165 unless my VPN is connected.

Despite the snark from a fellow member, this has all the hallmarks of IP address blocking, either at http protocol  or the DNS server. Whether it is VJ doing it, VJ’s ISP / cloud service or a router between us and VJ’s server, I cannot say.  I haven’t debugged it further.  
 

That it impacts some in California, Arizona, and Texas suggests a backbone router.

At first, I thought it might be my DNS server since I couldn't ping www.visajourney.com......  but I was also not able to directly ping 207.58.140.165.
