I recently went for my medical exam and while most of the medical exam was covered by the main panel physician, I had to go to another medical practice (In cooperation with this physician) to get my x-rays done. They handed me the bill and a red envelope to take to the border when immigrating into the US. I am not allowed to open this envelope.

When they handed me the bill in a seperate envelope I didn't check it until I got home since I already paid it. When I got home I realized that they spelled my last name wrong on the bill. I'm now worried that my last name is also misspelled on the x-ray documents I'm supposed to take to the border and I'm wondering if that would be a problem?

It's just one letter. They put an A where there should be an E.

Am I stressing too much or should I try to call them to fix it?
