I am sure if and when they pull the trigger they will get hold of a immigration attorney, they are already working with one now on a different case.

Why do the need to legally document chidren?  All the kids got a free US education, and I am sure they were claimed on taxes for refund purpose.

 

Does any one want to draw attention from law enforcement?  No one that I know.

You've posted reasons they would want to petition and then countered those, yourself, with reasons they wouldn't want to. You seem to be playing with us and going back and forth with every point that's been made by people who are trying to help you. What's your purpose in asking for this family who could ask for themselves?

They vacation, have many cars and horses, make good money, etc. What do they want to change?

As I stated already one time, I was just checking to see if the parents were even eligible
