How bad would it be if I didn't include the medical exam for my daughter and I with our I-130 and AOS applications, which we are filing concurrently. I was advised by someone (which now appears to be in error) that UCSIS would send me the forms for the medical exam and therefore I didn't have to submit them with the application. Now, as I am getting ready to courier the documents off, I discover that I do need them.

If I don't submit them, will they just send me a request to get them done ASAP? After all, don't they need to approve my I-130 before they move onto my AOS??

Any advice would be great because I want to get my app's in as soon as possible!

Thanks!
