** CR1/IR1s who have HAD a interview **

Were you required to update your 1864 and reupload it to CEAC after the interview with your most recent tax return (2021) and police check??

The i864 I uploaded in Oct 2021 did not include the 2021 tax return, only 2018, 2019 & 2020 and police checks have expired as well.

Thank you!

Some countries request new items to be submitted via CEAC first.  I believe Philippines work that way.

Other countries, like Ukraine, allows updated documents to be hand carried and submitted in person at the interview.  You may want to check how Australia operates.
