We received an appointment cancellation email in early October (didn´t get an IL before) and a expedite confirmation two days later, without ever requesting an expedite.

We did not get an inteview letter from NVC, the consulate sent us an email asking us toi request an interview.

ValRam got DQ´d a few days before us and they received that email from the consulate a day before us.

Ow wow! You’re so lucky!! :) :) :)

Well, October is almost over and we still haven’t heard anything, since our DQ on 9/22/22.

I contacted the Frankfurt embassy today asking if they had even received our case yet and they responded within an hour saying they can’t do/see anything while the case is still at NVC

so I guess there’s nothing left to do but WAIT…. :(

Yep, it's frustrating... I thought that by this time of the month we'd see some ILs arround, but that's not the case. I have the feeling that something different is going on, since I've been searching the forum on a daily basis and seems that no one is posting about receiving an IL. I took the same approach with the Rio Consulate and got the exactly same answer. Let's hope to hear some good news by the next week.

I wonder if this is somehow related with the time of the year. Considering that they may be scheduling the december interviews, there are the holidays that can reduce available time slots, thus we're starting to see less appointments.

Today I gotr my Interview Letter for Stockholm embassy. I was DQed on Septemeber 15th, and IL is on Oct 28th. My interview date is Dec 13, 2022.

I wish you good luck guys. Don't worry once you are DQed, it takes 5-7 weeks to get IL.

Yes, still waiting...and you?

Me too... 😥 Really hoping that we hear from them this week, otherwise we probably won't get an appointment this year. I did some research on E1, E2 and E3 visas waiting times from DQ to IL here in VJ, and the average is 45 days, which is approximately what we've waited so far.

Hello everyone , I was DQ 9/26 still waiting for IL too. The perplexing thing is that up until the end of July , IL were taking 1-2 weeks max. Now , those DQ'd in August are still waiting. IL just went out again and it went to those DQ end of July thru 1st week August. They are basically advancing 7 to 10 days per month, I heard the only send letters once a month, anyone else hear that?  I thought we'd have an appointment this year.I hope we all hear something soon, ishl.

Hi @Lady Lamb thanks for sharing! It varies from country to country, but I have the feeling that overall the pace is slowing down. A couple posts before I mentioned my theory that this is somehow related to the end of the year its holidays, but it just a guess. The fact is that's really frustating this lack of information of a such sensitive matter. We see our hands tied while waiting for an update, meanwhile there are so many things in our lives depending on this.
