Not to mention a couple of the days since the packet was received were the weekend! Definitely still plenty of time to receive the notification before worrying.

Totally agree! And getting ready for a long long waiting period...

Hi everyone!

We sent out our 8.9lb heavy packet on October 15 via UPS (2nd Day AM) to Elgin, IL lockbox. UPS botched our delivery and delivered on October 19. Hoping to get a notification and card charge soon!

@JenIE @He and I yeah it was single sided prints and our lease docs were super thick. Other info was generally from Oct 2021 to October 2022.

GOOD LUCK GUYS!

Hello Everyone,

Joining the October 2022 filers:

Submitted documentation via Fedex: 10/5/2022

Credit card charged: 10/7/2022

NOA-1, 24 month extension letter received: 10/17/2022

Receipt number starts with MSC - MSC – National Benefits Center

Don't know if this the office that is processing our case or if this the generic receipt numbers, couldn't find another processing center on the letter or online for our case. Good luck to everyone.

We received our appointment for biometrics today, scheduled for 10/31/22. Moving along pretty fast I guess.

Not too far off what I experienced (also at MSC) -- we had our biometrics appointment in September, about a month after our package got delivered. Of course, now I assume we'll be waiting at least a year before we see any other updates.

Package sent last week,  check was cashed Monday , we received the 24 months extension letter yesterday, is that all we need? Or is there a next step?

That's all you need. Next step is they review your case (in probably a year or so lol). Until then, use that letter along with the green card if you travel internationally.

Nest step is getting your biometrics scheduled or wavied. That should happen fairly quickly.

ah yes I forgot to mention that in my answer above, thanks! Although I see that they did an AOS so if it's like everyone else in that situation lately their biometrics will hopefully be waived and they can just settle into the wait with the rest of us lol!

Hello everyone. Need advises at this point. We had sent our i751 package on October 12th and tracking shows that it was delivered to Elgin lockbox on October 14. We haven't received any text or mails since then. The money order was not cashed either. Starting to get a bit worried considering others are receiving text notifications/797 mails already. What should I do? Also, our GC expires on Nov 13th. Any advices??
