Hello all. We are planning to send our package by end of the month. I used SimpleCitizen (not an ad), guess what they told me, they want more relationship evidence. To note, we have a kid now, obviously have a birth certificate, Holiday Card with us etc. When 2/3 years of marriage is during global pandemic it is hard to travel plus quarantining during pregnancy.  Sorry for my rant, I just hope we won't get RFE for "lack of evidence".

If they're telling you it's not enough, you may expect RFE from USCIS. Did you have bills in both names, drivers licenses, lease, bank statements?

Children is a good proof, but try to find and submit more evidence.

We have a joint deed, joint Tax filings  for past 3 years, joint water/sewer bills, joint checking account in addition to  he kid. They  mainly wanted more pictures. I just submitted whatever I had so fingers crossed.
