Hello all, it's quiet here. Has everyone already received their text or I797?

No news of the I-797. I check my USPS informed delivery, every night and also in the morning 😅😆😁

Haven't you set up email notification? My informed delivery with photos are sent to my email when anything is being delivered.

I have email notification set up, but I noticed that the same is available after 9 or 10 PM EST , if you directly go to the USPS website, on the previous night. My emails show up about 8 AM everyday. I am, i guess, just trying to get the news faster  😆😅.

USPS is showing in the informed delivery. Had today not been the holiday,  it should have shown last night. ☺️😇🤞🤞🤞

Hello ! October filer here from NYC assigned to Vermont center :) have biometrics appointment next friday, but I'm not sure who has to go?, the petitioner (conditioned green card holder)? or the sponsor spouse (US citizen)? I've been confused since I did the form and part 8 was signed by spouse

Thanks!

Hello! End-of-October filer here, so I'll be monitoring both the October and November threads :)

31 OCT 2022: Sent ROC packet out via UPS

7 NOV 2022: Received text from USCIS:  “Your case was received. Receipt # (removed). Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797C) to follow in mail. Msg & Data rates may apply. DO NOT REPLY”

12 NOV 2022: Received I-797 NOA in the mail, 24 months extension

Now anxiously waiting for biometrics schedule — I’ll be gone for business trips and vacations for a total of 6 weeks in the next two months so there’s a high probability that they’ll schedule me while I’m away. Does anyone know if you can reschedule biometrics appointment more than once..?
