Our AOS is approved yesterday February 1. The whole process took about 3.5 months. We submitted our case on October 21, 2022. 😊

Hi just to share with you my AOS timeline

 

10/20/2022 - I485 I765 I131 sent 

10/24/2022 - priority date 

11/04/2022 - biometric appointment scheduled 

11/25/2022 - biometric 

case status changed to actively reviewed 

02/05 - i485 case approved 

Filing from San Jose CA to Chicago lockbox

service center : NBC

 

DIY, not expedited, no RFE, no interview 

 

It still feels like I’m in my dream, AOS approved in a little bit over 3 months. I first received an email from USCIS at 4am says they have taken an action on my case but the status didn’t change until around 1pm. My work permit didn’t get approved the day after biometric was done, I was so disappointed because it felt like a new round of waiting game just begun. I’m so grateful it’s finally over.

Nope, still stuck in "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" since November 10th

 

Not expecting anything soon considering New Orleans processing times are like 25.5 months

Hey guys

so after 3 weeks they finally received the rfe they asked for. The status however, still says rfe request sent but today I read in the lower part it says they received it. 
im shocked that they work on Saturdays. 
 

Has anyone experienced this before when the status doesnt change but it says they received it?

We received the card within a week. Her status says "Card was delivered to me by the post office".

I can’t believe it. My heart is still racing and my hands are still cold. Baltimore FO - approved in 4 months & 20 days - no RFE, waived interview, all DIY from K1 to AOS.

10/03/2022 - Priority Date
10/26/2022 - Biometrics
12/30/2022 - EAD/AP Approved (expedited: previously posted here too)
01/09/2023 - EAD/AP On Hand
02/22/2023 - AOS Approved
