Thank you 😊

Try to expedite the EAD. I've been seeing combo card approvals lately after EAD expedite

Hey guys!

did anyone receive an interview date yet? I heard there is a new rule that skips interviews and sends green cards without scheduling an interview. Is that true?

No interview but RFE to resend a copy of our marriage certificate to the local USCIS office (Portland, OR). 🤞

Hi, I just received an email to submit evidence for expedite, I am a healthcare professional and have a pending offer of employment which I can provide proof for - is there anything else that you submitted to ensure it would be accepted?

I submitted the following - although note this was my previous employer so it might not apply to you:

- Cover Letter explaining my situation

- Signed Job Offer Letter

- Copy of the USCIS e-mail

- Letter from my Employer explaining the request and why they want me back ASAP

- Work History in the Company

Since you’re a healthcare worker, I believe you can also add the USCIS announcement for expediting healthworkers. Should be the alert in this link: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request

Just explain it in the cover letter and attach a copy! Wishing you luck!

This whole journey is very frustrating. They probably lost or misplaced it. You'll have to do it again and that means spending more money but it's a good sign that your case will be approved soon.
