Being single for awhile after being in long term relationship is a good thing, IMO.

i agree totally, most people need time to regroup and get over the past relationship..it is not like losing a pet and then buying another one a week later..imho

again, most people, everyone is differnet ......

I remember hearing it described as the 'tarzan effect'....not letting go of one without having hold of another.

I enjoyed my single-ness after I left my ex. It gave me the time to figure out who I was as my own person, without being defined by someone else. I brought more to the table when I got with D :)

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" :P

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

It's most likely 'cos you just copied/pasted the text from the original post and then made it into a quote, rather than 'quoting' the original post(i.e. you didn't press reply to the original post, as this would most likely be in another thread and would be pointless). The forum doesn't put a name or the date/time it was quoted when it is done in this way(same as if you reply to a PM and leave the original message in it).

Just thought I'd help clear the technical stuff up :)

Despite the Captain coming in here and asking for personal attacks to cease they have continued. The thing we have to remember is that no one is making any one post in any thread. So if you don't like what you're reading, or feel it is attention seeking, then simply just walk away. It's easier than it looks.

I can't see any good coming through my leaving this thread open anymore, so I'm going to lock it.
