Confused with Item numbers 38a-38 h in the form

I am getting confused with items 38a-38 h in the form. Item 37 says "Has your beneficiary ever been to the United States?" I answered "yes", next there is the statement - If your beneficiary, is currently in the United States, complete Item numbers 38a-38h

I am not currently in the United States but I previously travelled to the United States as a tourist, so should I leave 38a-38h blank, or should I include my I-94 form and passport number? Should I provide the scan of my previous visa to the United States as evidence?

You are not currently in the US, therefore you leave them blank
