Hello dear friends,

 

I am currently struggling with part 8, additional information. Tried making extra pages of the original I-129F form, but typing in the gaps was impossible. Can I fill in this information by hand or can I make a word document and type it in there? (screenshot attached)

 

Secondly, which name do I type on top - my name (I'm the beneficiary) or my fiance's name?

 

How do I sign and date the form - do I put date and signature on top or at the bottom of the page?

 

Your advice is highly appreciated.
