So, I filed my AR-11 form for a change of address within the 10 day limit. But in my rush to get it done (I did it the day after we drove over several states and unloaded a moving van) I forgot my A#! It's only now, looking back at the form when I went to call to confirm the change had gone through I realised I didn't include my A# on the form.

Is this going to be a problem for me? Should I submit a new form, even though it's way past the 10 day limit now? I called the USCIS line and the woman there told me she couldn't check my address on my file (she was pretty useless so I'll be calling and hopefully will get someone more competent), so I have no clue if the change went through despite the A# not being there.

Anyone else been in this situation before?

Your A# is what identifies you, there could be quite a few other people with the same name as you, so personally I would say yes, refile it properly with your A#.
