IV fee payment rejected.

Hello, please help me with this!!! I had paid both AOS and IV fee. After a few days AOS fee is shown paid and after 1 week IV fee is shown rejected. Now how can I pay IV fee again? I didn't see any option to pay it again.

They have scheduled the maintenance for that issue. Did it gives you the option now? I think it should be fixed by now.

I am still waiting as well on my AOS fee. Says rejected but still "in process" and doesn't let me repay. I have been waiting since September 8th and even after the maintenance it is still the same and nothing is fixed 😡

Problem has not been fixed yet. Don't know what to do just waiting and waiting.

Looks like they only fixed the problem for the people who are submitting payments now, since I submitted my payment 2 days ago and it was posted today as ''paid'' and I was able to access DS-260 and upload documents. I hope they will fix it for people who already submitted their payments.

I logged into NVC and my status was updated and it allowed me to pay my AOS fee again (after 4 weeks)  and this time it gave me a transaction ID right away.  Hopefully this is a good sign. For those who were having issues go log in and check again!!!
