I had my interview today and I was approved! The interview was really easy, I brought all documents including copies and originals, but the officer only asked me for my 2-year and 10-year green cards

Filed N-400 Online on 10/4/22.  Received Interview Notice on 11/25/22 (only in account - no text or email that an action has been taken - saw when I logged in to check status on USCIS.gov).  Interview scheduled for Thur 1/5/23 :)  WOW

K-1 Visa / I-129F

January 11, 2010 - I mailed K-1 Visa I-129F Petition Overnight Express Mail

February 25, 2010 - Notice date of NOA2 (read the e-mail notice on his birthday 2/26/2010)

May 12, 2010 - Interview - Approved!!!

May 25, 2010 - received Visa back in time to make May 26th Flight :)

June 9, 2010 - Married!!!

AOS:

November 1, 2010 - Sent AOS, EAD & AP to Chicago via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation

November 03, 2010 - Delivered 9:57 am, CHICAGO, IL 60603

November 10, 2010 - Received 3 e-mail & text message NOA1s from USCIS

November 12, 2010 - Received 3 NOA1s hardcopy in mail

November 19, 2010 - Received Biometrics appointment letter in mail

December 3, 2010 - AOS - I-485 transferred to CSC

December 13, 2010 - Biometrics Appointment - Milwaukee, WI - 10:00 a.m.

January 10, 2011 - AOS Touch - I-485 - Still in Initial Review

January 19, 2011 - Complete Congresswoman inquiry paperwork and deliver it to Congresswoman's office

January 20, 2011 - Received e-mail & text message saying status updated : USCIS says AOS approved & card production ordered.

January 21, 2011 - Received multiple e-mails/texts regarding updated statuses on both AOS & EAD, some confusing!

January 26, 2011 - Received Legal Permanent Resident card in mail.

ROC:

January 2013 - Filed ROC & Received approval in June 2013

N-400 / Naturalization:

2020 - Started Naturalization ppwk prior to COVID pandemic, and when we couldn't get passport photos at local AAA office - set it aside

March 2021 - Finishing Naturalization ppwk and filing ASAP

October 4, 2022 - ASAP turned into putzing and putting off...and finally filing on 10/4/22.

11/25/22 - Received notice of N-400 Interview on 1/5/23

1/5/23 - Naturalization Interview

2/9/23 - Naturlization Oath Ceremony

Thanks for sharing this info. I suppose we should periodically check the status on USCIS.gov.

This is crazy! I applied on 10/15/2022 and just saw this morning that my interview has been scheduled for January 10th 🎉🎉 I am so in shock of how fast this was!! The interview notice is from November 22nd but I only saw it today when I logged in 🤗

K1: AOS / EAD / AP:
04/25/2014: Package sent. 03/02/2015: Package sent
04/28/2014: Package received by USCIS. 03/05/2015: Package received by USCIS
04/30/2014: NOA1 (TSC) . 03/10/2015: NOA1

Congrats, you’ll nail it.  Means CA offices are working with October filers already, great news. 
@sashsash Is it a cute corgi puppy you’re holding? I also have one, mine is 5yo now 🥰

Thank you! I saw another filer from September also got interview scheduled at Fresno office last month, so maybe it's just faster over there.

 

It is a corgi pup indeed, he's almost 4 right now :)

Anybody else waiting for a biometrics notice. Have not heard anything regarding biometrics, dont see anything under documents tab. Just worried as to what is going on. N400 filed online in october ending 2022. Also when i reached out to the customer service they told me to just wait. This is for my spouse. Is there anyway else to find out as to whats going on?

October 12 filer here, 9 yrs on GC and waiting for interview.

 

Applied for spouse in Aug and she got her interview in Nov and got naturalized on Nov 15th from Phoenix.

 

Checking almost daily to see if they process the app and schedule the interview soon

Hello all! Our N-400 process went incredibly fast and I wanted to share our timeline. My husband filed under the 3 year rule for marriage. 

 

10-19-22: Filed N-400 online

10-19-22: NOA1 received via USCIS.gov site and was told biometrics would be reused

11-2-22: Received notification that the interview had been scheduled for 12-8-22

12-8-22: Completed the interview in Cleveland, Ohio and was told oath ceremony would be scheduled.

12-9-22: Got notification via uscis.gov that oath ceremony was scheduled for 12-23-22

Just got an update for Wife's N400 - Interview scheduled: Dec 12, 2022  - interview date of 1/13/2022 at Irving office (Dallas FO)
