Good morning All!

All my documents were accetep except for the I-864EZ. NVC asked me to replace it by I-864. Which I did, but still keep the old date of the first submitted (Instead of the date of today). Is this a problem?

No worries. Everything's right

You're seeing the old date because you replaced the file rather than delete and re-upload it. It doesn't affect your application as long as you have submitted the file they are asking for.

Just keep the submission date noted somewhere so you can track when your application can be reviewed.

Quick question. Do you have a join sponsor in your application? Just want to know why they asked for the I-864

Good luck! 🙂

Thank You @NikoTaino.

No, I don't. I am not sure why. They just said my Petioner does not qualify to use the Form I-864EZ. While we meet all the requirement to do so.

My other concern is the file type. Now I have I-864 submitted under the title Form I-864EZ Affidavit of support.

I recommend you to submit the same I-864 as an additional document.

Just in case... you know. And it would help you not be concerned about it 🙂.
