Good afternoon!

I am a US citizen and my spouse is Guyanese living in Antigua.  We were married last week and are filing the I-130 online tomorrow.  I am SUPER anxious and have so many questions.  I appreciate any answers or advice you all have to offer.  This is a first for both of us and we are stressed!

1.  Is the I-130A filed concurrently with the I-130 when we file tomorrow?  If so, is it uploaded as a PDF and filed as evidence?

2. How are the required passport photos submitted?

3. We are currently living apart as he doesn't have a visitor visa.  Is there any benefit to filing for the K3?

4. Any other advice that you have to offer on this process!

Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out! Good luck to you all and speedy processing!

Where were you married?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Upload the I-130A as a PDF file under additional evidence.

I would argue that K3 filing has the potential benefit of slightly improving processing times, if the I-130 processing ends up at Nebraska/Potomac/Vermont. I've been tracking Vermont cases (mostly on Facebook groups) and have 13 reports from September giving an average processing time of 153 days to approval (seems like people who had filed K3 between March to early May), versus 'normal' approvals of people in Nov/Dec coming through.

It's free and basically the only 'tool' that we have, so it's not like we're breaking any rules. If anything, it'd show that USCIS processes are broken and need to be fixed...
