If that is correct, that the petitioner's income will also continue and is sufficient.  I did not see any reference to the petitioner's income though.

No worries..seems CO missed it as well .

Which brings up an interesting scenario for the OP.  They thought they were doing good to add the beneficiary's income even though the petitioner met the requirements, and it caused an issue with a less than knowledgeable CO rejected it.  It might be a better idea for the OP to simply do a new I864 with just the wife's income.
