Need guidance: my case is EB1 with priority date in 2020 and is currently with NVC to schedule an interview at Montreal consulate for over 18 months now, is this normal?

I also submitted a public inquiry for update  in August, did not get any reply, again submitted one more inquiry and waiting for a response.

Any suggestions on how I can get in touch with NVC and get a reply?

Yes I have confirmation email from NVC that they have received all the documents required and are working to schedule an interview with the consulate - this was approximately a year back.

I also submitted 2 public inquiry forms requesting for an update (One in Aug and another one in October) but there is no reply.

Need to get in touch with NVC any Help will be much appreciated.

*** Moved from NVC forum to Embassy/Consulate Discussion -- OP's case is already DQ, and interview scheduling varies by consulate, not an NVC issue ***

Check the thread below.  Title says EB2 but people in other EB categories also post updates --
