Filed I90 for wrong green card (got 10 year card instead of 2),it's been over 8 months

Since then it's being stuck "case is being actively reviewed ", is that normal? How long does it usually take to get the corrected green card? Anyone with similar experiences?

Yes, that’s normal, especially if you look at the processing times for I-90:

I don’t know your exact receipt date but put 10 January 2022 as an approximate:

 

I don’t think this has any effect on ROC. You still must apply for that

Will I need to do anything extra or add extra paperwork to my ROC if the I90 is not processed by the time it's time for ROC. ?

I doubt it’ll be processed by that time. In any case, you have to conclude a copy of GC and they’ll see a 10 year GC instead of the 2 year one, I’d include a brief explanation and a I-90 receipt.

I still have the original physical wrong green card also, do I add that too? I was told I'd get a RFE for it haven't got yet.

A copy of the GC is one of the required documents to be submitted with I-751. I don’t understand the bolder part of your post

Sorry. I still have the wrong green card in my possession and while filing I90 online I was told that I'd eventually get an RFE to submit that. If my I90 is not processed by the time I have to file R0C, DO I add this physical wrong green card or just a photocopy of it in that ROC package?

I was just reading through another I90 thread where they said they should add AOS approval and interview letter too. Is it really important to add AOS approval and interview letter ? I filed online so should I just upload that in the unsolicited evidence?
