I think he was inferring that might be your only choice if your K-1 is denied……

I'm not worried about my K-1 being denied. There should be no issues with it, but right now it's just a matter of waiting for a decision on our petition to be made. They should have no reason to deny it bcs I've spoken to tier 2 and 3 many times and they said everything looks good on my case. This isn't my first rodeo. I've been through 3 petitions in the past including one that I withdrew and I've found that as long as your persistent with your documents and explaining why the past relationships didn't work out everything will be fine. The key is don't try to hide anything and be 100% honest with USCIS bcs if not they can tell if you're lying or if the relationship is fake.

I think you are on the right track. If you do the Utah Online marriage would they still send make you jump thru all these hoops?

I can't do the Utah Marriage, bcs we have to get married here and I don't want to mess it up as it has taken a long time already so don't want to have more delays.

Why can't you do the utah online marriage? If you were starting over today would you do it? I don't understand why you have to marry here, isn't doing the Utah online marriage the same thing as marrying in the USA?

Bcs she's not here in the U.S. right now and we have to be married after our petition is approved and she passes the interview and medical there in the Philippines. If we marry before that we will have a lot of problems with our petition.
