My 10-year GC expires on January 2024. I know it's much time in advance, but I'm already gathering information about what's needed for renewal. My question is : What kind of evidence or documentation is required to attach along with form I-90?

For example: for ROC I sent tax transcripts, pictures, bills and mail as proof of address, etc.

This is a simple renewal. A info easily found on this webpage

Note that instead of filing I-90 you can file N-400. Advantages of doing this:

* if you file now, you will likely have a U.S. passport in hand before your gc expires

* in the event the above is incorrect, you get free I-551 stamps that extend your evidence of LPR status until your naturalization oath is complete

* most I-90s are taking over a year and 3 years is not unheard of

* you avoid paying I-90 fee

Are you replacing a 10 or 2 years GC?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
