I’m filling out form DS 260 for my dad and there is a question that “is your spouse immigrating to the US with you and is she immigrating to the use at a later date to join you”

what should I select because my mom’s I130 haven’t approved yet?

I am not sure this  is correct for IR 5 as derivatives or follow to join are not possible on IR5. Might be wrong .. trying to think what we did 7 years ago for our IR5.. both husband and I applying but individually because no derivatives are possible

I am thinking the answer for the DS260 should be “no” as no derivatives are allowed on IR5. His wife is not immigrating “with” him on this visa application. Nor is he immigrating with her on her application
No. Children are not immigrating with him .. no derivatives allowed on IR5

I have one more question my dad worked almost 25 years in Sadi Arabia but he was never a citizen of there, sometimes he worked there for 6 month, 8 months and come back and visit us but never got any papers from there

I was thinking will it be a problem because I select his permanent address of his home and he’s living in there for 26 years
