How can I submit the the federal tax returns or transcripts to NVC

It seems like it’s only letting me submit one year tax returns if I add other year’s tax return, previous one automatically removed 

but I’m able to add all three years tax in additional documents..also I don’t have transcripts for 2021 so I’m gonna upload the tax returns of 2021 but file size is so large how can I make it to 2MB

First, the 2021 tax returns is the one that should be submitted under the required documents section.

 

Other tax returns (2020 and 2019) can be submitted as additional documents.

 

Regarding file size, make sure you are working with the proper documents and that they are correctly organized.
 

How many pages does your 2021 tax returns have? Probably you are combining all forms (1040, W2...) in one file and that's making the file size larger.

yes that’s what I did submitted the 2021 in main section and I was able to lower the size of it

Don't forget to submit all forms for the most recent tax returns. 

Apart from the 1040 tax returns, the W2 or 1099 + Schedules (if applicable). They can be added as additional documents.

It’s a 43 page tax returns so I’m hoping they have everything

In the form DS 260 there is question that is your spouse immigrating to the US with you and is she immigrating at a later date 

what should I select I have applied for my mom too but her I 130 haven’t approved yet??
